This Extraordinary Coaching Programme, takes place over weekends on Zoom and is exclusively for people who have attended New Code NLP and Coaching Certifications with John, Carmen and Michael or who are certified as New Code NLP Practitioners by an ITA Approved Institute. The entry level is high and bespoke to New Code NLP, ensuring a high standard of participation from the outset of the programme in the sense, the course builds on New Code Practitioner skillset.

John, Carmen and Michael will be sharing their collective 111 years of coaching experiences with participants who are seeking to be extraordinary in their work. This is about making lasting change in peoples’ lives. Unlike other coaching programmes which are linear and focus on a procedure instead of results, and on the coach rather than the coachee, this programme puts the attention on the client experience and the extraordinary differences coaching can bring to their lives.

The launch of The New Code NLP for Extraordinary Coaching Programme synchronises with the inauguration of ‘The International Trainers and Coaching Academy’ (ITACNLP) a new collaborative membership and standards organisation for New Code NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners, Coaches and Trainers. ITCANLP Is an update on the previous trainer organisation, ITA (International Trainers Academy).

Overview and dates

Framing the Course, New Code NLP and Coaching Integration

In this Module, Michael will set the frame, and review how the New Games are applied in different coaching contexts, as well as filling in any application gaps in the execution of New Code NLP Games. You will also set your own personal targets for the course for becoming an Extraordinary Coach, for sure these targets will be high, well actually extraordinarily high.

8 – 9 October 2022

Health and Wellbeing Coaching

Working with physiological issues applying The Healer Within, Covid Clean up Protocol, and coaching beyond covid, helping people thrive as opposed to survive in the New Normal. In this module, John and Carmen will share their years of experience in developing models for health and healing, and their recent developments for working with medical and social consequences of Covid.

12 - 13 November 2022

Coaching with the Extreme

In this module, participants will bring their difficult cases, and John, Carmen and Michael will create exercise and scenarios on how to work with the extreme cases the participants bring, providing real world strategies for extraordinary Coaching.

10 - 11 December 2022

Modelling Extraordinary Coaching

In this module, John, Carmen and Michael, will conduct sessions with live clients who bring a range of problems/challenges to the course, you will be tasked to model John, Carmen and Michael’s work in the exercises that follow.

7 - 8 January 2023

Non-Linear Coaching

In this module, John and Carmen will share how to use metaphor, misdirection, provocation and non verbal coaching to create a radical shift in clients who are stuck in multiple contextual situations. With the material learned on this module, you will be able to instigate informal coaching, and seemingly out of frame coaching, with colleagues, family members and friends, as well as bringing the tools of this module into the formalised coaching sessions you conduct.

11 -12 February 2023

The Business of Coaching

In this module Michael will share his experience on the business aspects of coaching, including how to build a successful coaching practice, marketing branding and how to enter the corporate world to bring what you have learned above to executive coaching.

Practice Groups

It takes practice to be extraordinary. There will be coordinated practice groups twice a month in addition to the dates above for you to get the best out of the coaching processes you will be learning.

Free Mentoring on the 2023

'New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence Intensive'

To further develop your skills, you will be invited to be a mentor on the New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence Intensive in June 2023, and work alongside John, Carmen and Michael, using your experience to mentor and coach participants in building their New Code and Coaching skill set. You will be mentored by John, Carmen and Michael to optimise your learning and the participants’ learning.

This programme is not for everyone, it’s for people who are committed to learning and developing extraordinary coaching skills to make a difference in the lives of others.
